It has a rustic open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area with ample space for a family gathering. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd room with 2 additional matrimonial beds. There's a lakeside terrace with spectacular views of the Cenote Negro, plenty of seating for outdoor meals & hammocks. The lakeside dock is shared with guests in the other dwellings on the property.

En la propiedad hay otras dos unidades, con quienes se comparte el acceso a la laguna. En el área de la laguna hay un muelle y dos terrazas, ofreciendo suficiente espacio para nuestros huéspedes.
