If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Seely Creek Cabin is a romantic getaway, a fabulous hunting destination, and a relaxing weekend spot! The cabin is nestled on 40 acres - 20 being wooded and another 20 open including a fully stocked pond and a walking trail! This beautifully unique property comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including all cooking necessities (except for food), a smart tv, wifi, games and cards in the entertainment center, as well as 3 comfy queen sized beds with all linens you would need!

Friendly Quarters

This charming location is a farmhouse style home built in 1914. Easily found on the main street through town, a one block walk in any given direction will put you at the center of the city. A grocery story, eating establishments, gift shops and community center are conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly Quarters operates as a non-profit organization to support the missions and ministries of Earlham Friends (Quaker) Church located right next door.

The Rookery Cottage - Access scenic hiking trails

This rustic cottage is a quiet retreat in the heart of the Middle Raccoon River Valley. Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.

There are two City Parks, an outdoor historical roller skating rink & 2 Rest/Bars.

Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Pets are not allowed on property.

Revisit your school days in this renovated elementary school room. Reminisce or make some new memories at this unique family-friendly studio. We are a short walk away from the Riverside trail & are located in one of the cutest little towns in Iowa. This is a small town but we have everything needed for a great stay! Hiking, mountain biking, Kayaking, horse riding, & shopping just a few miles away.
