Welcome to our cozy one bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an older home. This apartment is not fancy, but it has been partially renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with two beds (one queen, one double) It’s perfect for a small family or a group of friends. On street parking available. This place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

The apartment is just across the road from our restaurant and coffee bar Main & Mersey so we are often around if you need anything. The apartment is located on Main Street which has several shops and restaurants nearby.

Bar Harbor Condos - Apt C

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Especially during the winter months, you may want to include trip insurance.
