Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Gated Annex which was renovated from a 150 year old Stable on grounds of an Old Vicarage. Set in a beautiful Scenic Village with the 145 acre Clanger Woodlands just 5mins walk away or Drive to Longleat 15mins, Westbury white horse 5mins, stonehenge 25mins, Bath Spa 20mins & Glastonbury 19 miles away. Lots of long country walks along farms, lakes & fields. Otherwise the 3 acres garden, beautifully landscaped with ornamental fish pond is yours to enjoy. I am sure you would love it here.

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a "Barnlet"! Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
