Yas Island : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We loved our stay at Mamsha beach. Olena provided free beach access cards that came with towels, sunbeds and a water every day. The Persian Gulf was clear and warm. A supermarket and amazing restaurants are just across the street. The Alkalime restaurant stood out and we enjoyed the healthy food several times. The cultural district offers various mind-blowing attractions. Especially Teamlab Phenomenon is a must-see. Other tips about this Airbnb: - reception / security 24/7 - balcony is nice, but not really needed as the beach is so much better - Taxi’s were much cheaper to get around than Ubers, which had inflated prices most of the time and a taxi ride to a destination 30min away like Yas island with its Ferrari world etc is only around €20 - Cross over on 2nd floor to gym and pool - garbage drop on the same floor just to the left - apartment has various adapters to plug in European devices

The place is without faults. Close to all Yas island activities. Very close to Abu Dhabi airport. 75 minutes to Dubai airport. Half an hour to Abu Dhabi down town and one hour to Dubai down town. The host is great and very responsive.

The accommodation was clean and adequate for what we needed. We paid a good price compared to other places nearby. Simon responded to queries quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a well placed small apartment to sleep in then would highly recommend

L'appartamento risponde alla realtà. Ben arredato, confortevole. Ci siamo trovati bene con la Famiglia, la zona è vicina al Mall del World trade center e al Lungomare. Per la posizione:per alcuni Taxi è stato difficile trovare l'indirizzo perché è in una via meno trafficata, ma per questo non abbiamo avuto tanti problemi. Il palazzo sembra datato, ma fa parte di una zona comunque centrale della Capitale e vicina ai parchetti pubblici, al Lungomare ed alla spiaggia. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto e lo consiglierei .

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Апартаменты удобно расположены рядом с аэропортом (10-15 минут на такси), с торговым центром Yas Mall и развлекательными центрами типа Ferrari, SeaWorld и другие. Если кто-то любит самолёты, то на балконе можно наблюдать за их взлетами в разные стороны😉 Напротив апартаментов есть супермаркет Carrefour, аптека и кафе Brioche с вкусной едой. Сами апартаменты понравились, все в целом хорошо: чистая ванная, кухня, есть кофемашина Nespresso. Были небольшие моменты, но хозяин их быстро решил. И еще у нас была задержка вылета самолёта и я благодарен хозяину, что он пошел навстречу и мы смогли побыть ещё несколько часов до выезда в аэропорт.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! The host was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly made my visit to Abu Dhabi memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay with Suhail & Family. The home was extremely neat and clean, The host was very responsible and made sure everything was in order for my stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, which made it easy to settle in. I really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the environment was.
