We are just minutes away from the unique shops of Hammondsport and the best breweries, wineries & distilleries this area has to offer! Sip wine around the fire pit, nap between the trees in our large hammock or read a book on one of our decks! (Owner lives next door and is available when needed.)

Come enjoy this beautiful, peaceful Keuka lake home right on the water close to the village of Penn Yan. This home features 3 bedrooms (2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. The bedrooms have linens and bathrooms stocked with towels and soaps and toilet paper. A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A dock and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.
