We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed beach house in Cooee Bay. It had all the creature comforts of home and was just a stone's throw from the beach - perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway. The location was ideal, and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape!

Great house, good area and well kitted out for a family stay.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at The Beach House on GKI! The location is just perfect and we loved our stay there. This is our second time staying at the house, and it was just as lovely as we remembered it. The house has everything you need and the beds, linen and pillows are very comfortable. The kids always love the pool table downstairs, and they loved finding coconuts from the trees outside! We would recommend anyone a stay here. Thank you for having us Denise x

Great place to stay. Beach access just around the corner:I enjoyed sunrise there. We really love the environment area: enjoyed the pool game. What really impressed me is the food left for us. On the time we arrived we were so hungry and was about to go shopping,but we just made fried eggs with bacon that John left for us. This was a really generous gesture. Also pantry looks amazing. So we'll organised and fridge full of cold drinks was also really great things to have! Close to main town area, just 5 min drive. We would love to return one day. Thank you John for impressive hospitality!

Stayed for a few weeks, nick was easy to deal with, house was clean, in a good location close to everything, does need a few minor things fixed but couldn’t complain

2nd time we’ve stayed there. It’s not fancy but Perfect for us with our dogs. Kitchen isn’t overly stocked with equipment and could do with couple more bowls, had trouble finding something to put salad in and a couple of things at the same time, otherwise has everything you really need and love the fact that it has an air fryer because we tend to eat evening meals in. Fence is secure which is importance with small Houdini dogs. Road out the front can be a bit noisy but we are from the country and not used to traffic. A very pleasant spot, beach isn’t to busy, fairly Central without being in the busier part of Yeppoon. Would 100% recommend.

What a great stay for myself and my family! The house was great and provided lots of space and plenty of entertainment. Joanna was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

We are lucky enough to live fairly close to the Chalet in Woodbury & this was our second stay. It is one of our very favourite places in the world & we will definitely keep coming back. Although the weather didn’t play ball this time, we still loved our stay & it is such a wonderful place to unwind. The chalet is even better than the pictures & Bill & Pauline are the most amazing hosts. This stop is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again Bill & Pauline for another memorable stay.

This beautiful gem by far exceeded my expectations, it has everything you need well equipped with all your essential items and was well suited for my family of 5, myself, my partner & 3 young children. You will not be disappointed with a great pool in the yard to cool off and the playground for your little ones to enjoy. The location was great as it’s close to everything you’ll need, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & servos. The hosts are absolutely great and was quick to answer any queries I had during our stay. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back again!

Most beautiful and relaxing air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Amazing Host always communicates and goes above and beyond. Had my 40th ladies only weekend and we all felt right at home. Sooo much to do relaxing and away from town but not that far it is only 5min drive to Yeppoon central. Didn’t want to leave that’s how amazing this home was. And yess us ladies went on the slide and that swimming pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back with my family. A++++ Highly Recommend to everyone this is a must stay.

Great location. Apartment had loads of character. Car park was tight to access. Aìr con location not great but understandable. Had a great stay.

Great room for a stay

Damon was a great host to deal with and his house was in an absolute perfect spot to enjoy the best of Yeppoon!

Amazing place and awesome polite hosts kids got to see the aeroplanes we all loved our stay can’t recommend enough
