F’ton area shops and restaurants-18 min. away. Close to Mactaquac Prov.Park with hiking, and lots to do when the snow comes! We are a half hour away from Crabbe Mtn. for skiing, then come back and relax in the hot tub & roast marshmallows! Pet friendly. Now has generator for power outages. This is a rural location.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

This humble and clean private room (200 square feet) with private entrance is located within 5 min walk of downtown Fredericton and 10 min walk from UNB. This unit is located in the back of our riverfront house. It is part of a big house on Waterloo Row, by the Wolastoq River and near the walking bridge. Perfect for guests who want to be close to downtown without paying too much.
