We loved everything about our stay at Poseidon! The apartment was lovely, bright and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens. The shared outdoor space is one of the nicest we've seen on a beach house - well tended wooden walkways all around, lots of nice outdoor seating, great grill lovely "beach bar" type perch to sit and look over the water. We used the sauna every night and all of the available amenities as much as possible. We highly recommend this property!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a quiet peaceful place. Home was small and comfortable with everything you will need. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to move once I laid down lol. The patio and grill were perfect for enjoying warm evening outdoors and the beach was never crowded which is one thing I enjoyed the most.

I would definitely stay here again! My absolute favorite part was the deck outside. It had so much seating and a table with an umbrella. The home was lovely. The queen size bed was comfy. The space on the side of the bed with the wall is awkward because the intake vent is there, and that vent is also loud and annoying. Just wear earplugs! We added two of the wooden tray tables from the closet as night stands. The house is clean except the floor, which I'd imagine is hard to sweep or mop because the boards have shifted, making the floor uneven with cracks through out. So the floor felt and looked a bit dirty, but you're by the beach with sand, so eh not a problem.

Erin’s place was the getaway that we definitely needed. We spent our time enjoying the sunsets (stunning pastel colors across the water), watching movies, cooking together, and had a nice meal at a local diner, too (which was recommended in the listing)! The place was so clean, well equipped, and very homey/comfortable. Being situated right on the beach, where in the mornings you can see all of the bay from the windows in the living room and kitchen. Erin was so personable and responsive which we so appreciated. She gave all the information you could need about not just the AirBnB, but the surroundings as well. We felt right at home. They have wonderful neighbors who we met on the beach one of the evenings. Everyone was just so friendly. They were enjoying a beach fire and we talked for a while about how amazing the area is. We have already decided we absolutely will be staying here again! This is the best kept secret quiet beach hideaway! My partner and I LOVED it!

We absolutely loved staying at Bernadette’s place. It is exactly as described in her listing-peacefully tucked away in a beautiful private setting. It’s the perfect get-away where you can relax. Comfy beds, clean spaces, beautiful yard, and lots of extras. It’s definitely a place we would return to.

Charming Cape Charles getaway! I was so happy to find this gem and even more thrilled when I arrived. From the beautiful landscape of the gated community, to the southern charm of this glorious suite…I wanted for nothing. This enormous suite has all the comforts of home and the location was spectacular. The property offered not only a private beach on the bay , a community pool, a beautiful well maintained golf course, it was also a short drive to the charming town of Cape Charles. Dawn offered endless advice to her favorite restaurants, activities to do and places to see while we visited. She was just a text or call away if I needed anything. Her hospitality was beyond measure. I look forward to coming back.

The house was a beautiful, perfect beach house. The sunsets were amazing and overall the most peaceful place. MJ was great to work with! Very accommodating and responds immediately even though I had no issues to reach out to her on. We cannot wait to visit again ❤️

We stay in places all around the country for work but this was one of the best places we have stayed. Great communication, easy to find and with lots to do and see around. The house itself was perfect, big comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Thankyou

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Michael was a very generous host and made our stay very smooth. We appreciated the quality of all the amenities; the beds were extremely comfortable and I can't say enough about the kitchen setup. It was completely equipped and even had a spice cabinet, which made hosting our event problem-free since we were cooking meals from scratch for a large group. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. Everything was great! Very serene and beautiful surroundings, the house fully equipped with everything you need to go fishing. We even went out of our comfort zone and tried out the canoes. It was an all-around good experience. The location is not too far from beaches great restaurants, and also a casino. For a small intimate family gathering. The Host sent an extensive and well thought out list of everything you can think of, from to how to get there & what to do when you’re there also he was very responsive.

We loved staying at Katherine’s, everything was just as described. Lots of room and activities available on and off the property. Comfortable and relaxing, just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Had a great long weekend at Tracy’s place. The location was amazing. We enjoyed walking along the beach and would have taken out the kayaks if the water wasn’t so choppy. The place has everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We were kept inside by the weather most of the time but the house had plenty of games and the hot tub was covered so we could still utilize that. Tracy was also quick to respond if I had a question. Overall a great experience and would return!

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Charles. We loved being able to just walk out the door and have lots of shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The kitchen was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area. What a great spot to stay in this cute town!

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well kept. The kids loved the heated pools and activities. Communication with Robert was great. We had a bit of a delay at check-in and weren't able to get into the room until 6 PM. Other than that, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our time at Mike’s condo! We all wished we had booked a longer trip! Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived to coolers iced down with drinks, there were new beach toys for the kids, and we were able to watch dolphins as we relaxed on the back deck. Would love to go back for a longer stay!

We had an amazing early Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in Kingsmill Resort. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, strolls around the resort grounds, we used door dash for dinner. Dave was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. This was such a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely a must stay if visiting Williamsburg! The place is very safe and secure at all times of the year and has a beautiful view of the James river. I am grateful for my stay as it was the perfect location during my travels for work.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.
