Eco Dairy cabin at Theresa Creek

This charming eco cabin studio is the perfect place to soak up some country air & rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. An ideal couples retreat, this one bedroom has a kitchen, fireplace, verandah, garden bathroom with rainwater shower & composting toilet. The Eco Dairy is located within the picturesque valley of Theresa Creek in northern NSW. It is the perfect space for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and reconnect with the simple things in life by spending some time in nature. Enjoy breakfast on the front verandah while listening to the local birdsong. The Eco Dairy is a simple retreat yet has all the comforts of home. If you need a place to recharge the batteries then the Eco Dairy is the place for you! Guests will have access to clean country air, birdsong in the early morning, dramatic sunsets and rainwater (heated) showers. In winter you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy a red wine and read a good book. Our property borders the Cambridge Plateau which is World Heritage Listed rainforest. Make sure you take the time to do one of the walks - from the lookout you'll enjoy breathtaking views towards the east coast of northern NSW, capturing Mt Warning on a clear day. We understand that many people that come to stay at the farm are looking for a place to relax and chill out. We respect your space, however if you need anything we are located only a 400m walk away. We love living in Theresa Creek. We grow most of our own food and try to live in the most sustainable way possible. Our neighbours are all farmers, and we help each other when in need. We are all very down to earth folk and enjoy living in this part of the world which we call 'home'. I think most guests will love it here at Theresa Creek - as most people that come to stay never enjoy leaving! There is no public transport at Theresa Creek. Having a car will allow you freedom to explore the surrounding area, however if you are flying or arriving by train and do not wish to hire a car we are able to collect you from the airport /station at an extra cost. Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Firefly at Big Bluff Farm

Relax and rejuvinate at Big Bluff. Light pollution is making it harder for fireflies to attract mates. We have named our newest cabin Firefly after nature's luminous wonders which flit through the forest in spring. Firefly feels like a million miles away from daily existence, perched on a hill overlooking rolling farmland and forested gullies. Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Kookaburra Cottage at Uralba Eco Cottages

Get away from it all and relax in a beautiful off-grid Eco Cottage on 38 acres. Experience the peace and restorative effects of a unique and ecologically sustainable natural environment. Two distinct cottages make up the one residence at 'Uralba Eco Cottages'. One is occupied by your hosts, the other 'Kookaburra Cottage' is for the exclusive use of guests. Both cottages are separated by a breezeway, but each living space is designed to ensure the total privacy of its occupants.

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Koala cottage delight

Tranquil rural cottage set next to coastal national park with plenty of native wildlife including wallabies, koalas and a chorus of birds led by the kookaburras each morning. Light and airy with lots of timber and character, the house is simply furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from busy lives, roads and city noise. A great base for exploring the lush northern rivers hinterland and stunning beaches or just a place to rest on a long road trip.

Tallows Cabin

Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

Salty Cabin - Byron Hinterland

Salty Cabin (built in August 2024) located in the Byron Hinterland offers couples a perfect retreat to disconnect and savour a serene, peaceful escape in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Conveniently located near Byron Bay's beaches, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Bangalow, and Minyon Falls, the Cabin is secluded enough to let you unwind and avoid the crowds. Enjoy a luxurious stay with a heated sunken outdoor bath, where you can soak in breath-taking rainforest views.
