Perfectly located 25 min from Beale Air Force base, 10 min from Rideout Medical Center, 45 min Davis/Sacramento easy access to Hwy 99.

Vineyard Retreat/Private entrance/Unique features

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Welcome to our family compound, perfect for large groups! Our property features a main house and a guesthouse, comfortably sleeping 16. The main house features a hot tub, a game room with a pool table, and a chef's kitchen. While the guesthouse offers additional sleeping for 4, a separate bathroom, and a kitchenette. Nestled on 3 private acres in serene Meadow Vista, this is the ideal spot for family gatherings, offering privacy and the ultimate retreat for creating lasting memories.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
