This compact, self-contained apartment (with private entrance) is attached to an architecturally designed home nestled in a wooded hillside overlooking a large meadow. Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

Vineyard Retreat/Private entrance/Unique features

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Relax by yourself or with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The night skies are amazing. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
