Casa Tuani is a luxurious lakefront Villa on the shores of the Laguna de Apoyo natural reserve. Here you will enjoy the epitome of indoor-outdoor living and soak in the spectacular panoramic laguna views. The home is right on the lakes edge so you can easily swim in the thermal waters or take out one of our kayaks. The vacation retreat is fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a chef's kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, filtered water, barbeque and firepit.

PRIVATE BEACH CABAÑAS (mediterranean style) with its own KITCHEN, FRIDGE and BATHROOM, double bed with an optional extra bed, so perfect for 1 person, a couple or group of 3. Situated 2 min walking to the beach, between SANTANA and POPOYO beach. Walking distance to some of the best surf spots in NICARAGUA. Common area includes POOL, BBQ and hammocks to chill out. We have WIFI, motorbike with racks and surfboards rental, surf guiding service so you can score the best spots in the area.

Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Stay cool in the jungle! Casa Almendras is a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by nature’s magic.. monkeys, birds, butterflies, and lush greenery all around. El bamboo Mirador del lago

Relájate en esta escapada única y tranquila. The cabins , has been constructed using a mixture of techniques and diverse materials, it is an attempt to recover the use of traditional materials and aesthetics. Most of the bamboo used and all the wood has been recovered from the bamboo forest and fallen trees after Hurricane Nate in October 2017. As each cabin on my property is designed by me and each one is different from the other.
