The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Center is 3 minutes walk,also Old town with plenty of bars and restaurants.Ferry terminal is close by.Please send me any questions you might have,i will be more then happy to help out.Price depends on high/low season.

In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Plaže su skrivene u malim uvalama , natkrivene velikim borovim stablima koje daju mir, privatnost i sjenu u vrućim ljetnim danima, .

It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
