Apartment Laurenta 2 Rogoznica

So close and yet far enough away!!! Apartments "Laurent" in Zecevo, a small, peaceful Mediterranean village in the heart of Dalmatia, between Rogoznica (2 km) and Primosten (5 km). The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Zeceva (Old Village) in a stone house. The original preserved medieval stone architecture, cozy ambience making it a perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have 3 new and completely furnished apartments, modern, air-conditioned. The apartment Laurenta 2 is located on the first floor of our house. Suitable for stay 4 people. There are: - One bedroom with a double bed and - Living room with a sofa that converts into an extra bed for two persons (160cm*200 cm) - Kitchen fully equipped (equipped with dishes, refrigerators, kitchen aids, TV) - Bathroom with shower Bed linen and towels are provided for free. Tax, Air condition, heating and parking (park right in front of the house) are included in the price. There is a large courtyard (150m2) behind the house, in the shade with garden furniture. The apartments are located 500 m from the sea - a 10 minute walk in the beautiful countryside. The sea can be reached by car (3 min). Zecevo is surrounded by numerous groves of century-old olive and vineyards. There are many old paths suitable for walking (walk through the famous vineyards of Primosten - Bucavac - protected by UNESCO) and cycling track to the beautiful gazebo where you can see the beautiful islands of the Sibenik archipelago. Well developed shore of Rogoznice and Zecevo region has plenty different kinds of beaches – pebble, stone and concrete. Natural stone beach prevail and also little pebble beaches near the house. 5 km from zecevo is Primosten a city with beautiful clean and neat, mostly rocky 20 kilometers long beach, in which the crystal blue sea summer enjoyed by many of tourists. In offer we have olive oil and figs, our family produce olive oil for about 300 years. A great offer of forgotten dishes and specialties and friendly hosts guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Apartment on the first floor 2(Apartmani Zečevo)

This apartment is on the first floor. Ideal for a two adults ... Our apartments are located in a small Dalmatian village.. . People are friendly and make you feel right at home. You have the possibility of playing our Dalmatian games (bowling). Place is ideal for people who ride bicycles. Ambulance is located in Primosten and Rogoznica (10 or 5 km). The sea is 700 m from us, but the beach is beautiful. If you are a person who prefers the beach on the rocks where you can be alone, you will enjoy. If you still prefer large beaches full of people, a few kilometers from our place is Primošten where you have a lot of activities. For those who love the night life, 10 km from us is Aurora Club discotheque. It's nice that it's all very close...

Small Room. AMAZING VIEW! For 2! 2.5km > TROGIR!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Great apartment with swimming pool

Our apartment is located in a small Dalmatian village in peace and quiet area. It is situated between Rogoznica(3km) and Primošten(6 km).Apartment is on the first floor with big terrace and includes dining area,living room, separate bedroom,fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,microvave,bathroom with washing machine and free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy in swimming pool. Beach is 10 minutes away if you walk, by car it takes 2 minutes. Great place for family summer vacation.

Apartment Megi ~ city center Šibenik

Apartment Megi is on the coast of the town of Šibenik. It is located approximately 50m from the main bus station, ship port and the old town center which makes it ideal for anyone who is interested in sightseeing and enjoying everything that the town has to offer. There is parking around the building, and it is charged by zone, but there are also free parking spaces within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Next to the beach, daily ticket €5.

Apartment with heated pool

Apartment is located in quiet place called Zecevo in close proximity of Rogoznica city. Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.

Seaview, 2 min walk to beach & crystal clear sea..

Apt Petar 2 is only 80m from lovely beach. The apartment is beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment located in Rogoznica (lovely town known for crystal clear water and clean beaches). Apt has 50m2 and 20m2 terrace with beautiful sea views, private parking, garden with barbecue area, Wi-Fi, Air-Condition, close to lovely beach, stores and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in Rogoznica 30 m from sea

Apartment in a private house with pool and grill use on terrace in place called Rogoznica, Croatia. Suitable for families with children. Parking place is available. Located on the 2nd floor, 30 m from the sea and beach, 1,5 km from the city center.
