Our stone studioapartment is the right choice for those who want a peaceful stay in countryside. The studioapartment has a comfortable double bed, as well as the option of an extra bed, a private bathroom, a kitchen, and a view of the garden and vineyard. Right next is a big playground. Satellite TV channels and WiFi is provided. We are located 2 km from Lake Skadar, only 18 km from the Capital City of Podgorica, 20 km from the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, and about an hour's drive to the sea.

This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. House has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
