Unser Chalet Obenland liegt auf dem Sonnberg über dem Ort Bramberg am Wildkogel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Sobald wir aus dem Fenster schauen, fühlen wir uns mit der Natur verbunden. Über viele Jahre haben wir uns in diesem Stück Paradies immer wieder neu verliebt: beim Skifahren, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Paragliding, Smaragde-Schürfen, an den größten Wasserfällen Europas in Krimml... Wildkogel-Arena ca. 5 Min, Ski-Gebiet Kitzbühel ca. 15 Min. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun ca. 25 Min.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Wander- u. Erholungsparadies Kelchsau mitten der Ferienregion Hohe Salve. Der kleine Ort liegt in einem idyllischen Seitental, wo Sie unberührte Natur, urige Bauernhöfe und einsame Berggipfel erwarten. Die Wohnung liegt im UG (Souterrain) des Hauses und hat einen eigenen Eingang inkl. Parkplatz. "Lilly Fein" ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine neuwertige und voll ausgestattete Küche und hat einen Speicherofen mit Sichtfenster für romantische Stunden.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Unsere gemütlichen Doppelzimmer bieten eine Wohnfläche von ca. 20m². Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett, einer Sitzecke, einer kleinen Kochnische und einem modernen Badezimmer (Dusche und WC) ausgestattet. Jedes Doppelzimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon und unser Garten ist gerne auch mit nutzbar. Vor dem Garten plätschert ein kleiner Bach und lädt zum entspannen ein! Bitte beachten Sie, dass in den Zimmern nur 1 Kleinkind im Reisebett Platz findet.

Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment Alpenrose with lake and mountain view from every window, offers on 40 m² a living room with pull-out couch for one person, a dining area including fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet & hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.
