Du wirst die ruhige Lage genießen, bist aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und gemütlich ausgestattet. Der französische Balkon bietet einen weiten Blick auf den Garten und den dahinter liegenden Wald. Vom Kinderzimmer aus gelangst Du auf den Balkon, auf dem Du den Sonnenuntergang genießen kannst.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Strandnahe, komfortable und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss einer historischen Villa von 1913 auf abgeschlossenem und abschließbaren Grundstück. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Veranda, Wohnküche und möblierte Terrasse mit Grillkamin, Liegestühlen und Strandkorb. Urlaub mit Haustier. Pkw Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Finnische Sauna, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine sowie abschließbarer Fahrrad- und Geräteraum in Nebengebäuden auf dem Grundstück.

Unsere Privatwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Balkon und innenliegendem Bad mit Duschwanne. Im Hauskomplex stehen Schwimmbad, Sauna, kleiner Fitnessraum und Wäscheraum zur kostenlosen Verfügung. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz sowie Fahrradstellplätze können ebenfalls genutzt werden. Der ruhige Strand ist ca. 200 entfernt. Die Kurtaxe wird im Vorraus noch separat abgerechnet.

Na zewnątrz, do Państwa dyspozycji znajduje się taras z którego jest zejście do grilla. Dom znajduje się na działce 3000m2, na której można parkować samochody.
