Zrmanja : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Dit appartement is echt waanzinnig gaaf. Een sper mooie plek met terras boven op het appartement met uitzicht op de oude stad en aan de andere kant de middellandse zee. Vanaf hier loop je in ca 10 minuten naar de binnen stad, door de oude steegjes (alles is hier vrijwel autoluw). Daarnaast zijn het super aardige eigenaren, een waar feestje om hier te mogen verblijven. De aanrader voor iedereen die naar Split gaat! Echt super gave plek!

Le logement est incroyable, j'y retournerais avec plaisir ! Silvana et son fils ont à cœur de bien nous accueillir et nous faire sentir comme chez soi. Le logement est à entre la vieille ville et la colline Marjan idéal pour visiter la ville de Split et aller se relaxer dans la colline et la plage ! Le logement est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, petit bonus en été pour la terrasse qui permet de se relaxer après une journée de visite.

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

Highly recommend, Sergio very good men, you can check in at any time, just inform him in advice about your arriving time, the apartment was very clean, all like in offer, very good location, 25 minutes walk to centre, in area 400m big markets, and restaurants, also Sergio can give and advise how to spend time in Zadar, how plan your vacation, which place you should visit, and when. Everything was perfect!

Le logement est magnifique, encore plus beau en vrai. La terrasse de l'étage avec le jacuzzi et la vue sont incroyables Tout est impeccable le logement est propre, le linge sent bon, il y a tout le nécessaire. A proximité se trouvent des supermarchés et l'axe principal pour circuler. Marijana a été une hote particulièrement attentionnée et réactive, nous la remercions. N'hésitez pas !

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Het ligt op 5 kwartier lopen van het centrum, dus dat is wel veel. Je kan de bus pakken voor 2,5 pp of een uber busje vanaf 12 euro totaal. Was top. 5 minuten ervandaan is een grote supermarkt. Echt alles wat beschreven stond was aanwezig. Er zijn af en toe kleine gebreken, zoals 2 douches die niet goed werkte bij ons, maar de volgende dag kwam hij meteen om het te maken. Toen we aankwamen stonden er ook wat welkomstdrankjes en hapjes in de koelkast. Ook had hij voor een jarige een fles drank, een taart en een kaartje gebracht. Superlief allemaal.

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa. Propre, facile d’accès et idéalement située entre aéroport et la ville de Split, nous recommandons cette villa. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute et prenait régulièrement des nouvelles. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très bien entretenue. Les deux salles d’eau sont très pratiques. Les deux terrasses et le coin barbecue sont très agréables. La proximité du chemin de fer n’est pas un gros problème car il y a peu de passage. Le village de Kastel Stari comprend un beau bord de mer et un bel arrière pays avec de belles randonnées. Très bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Wir haben schöne Tage in Zadar verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Die Altstadt und auch der Busbahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Drogeriegeschäft und vielem mehr. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte für die Nacht an Oropax denken. Durch die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße war es recht laut in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super :)

Tanja's home is a hidden gem. It is only a 10mins walk to the Palace, restaurants and the Port, yet tucked away in a quiet residential locality. The property itself is so good, top class furniture and furnishings, squeaky clean and a home away from home. Tanja is a wonderful host and super kind. When I mentioned about reaching Split late, she went out of the way to make table reservations for dinner. She was always responsive for questions. The attention to detail is evident from the Candles, Toiletries, Cutlery, Fresh Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron Box etc. LOVED OUR STAY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
