The apartment is in a central location near a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's, a sports equipment shop, etc. The ski lift and the train station are also in walking distance. The apartment is in an old traditional Engadin style house in a quiet neighbourhood. It's located directly under the roof with skylight style windows. The apartment hosts up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

The house has a bicycle and a ski room as well as a laundry room incl. tumble dryer and Secomat. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Viel Natur, das rauschen des Bergbaches direkt neben dem Gartensitzplatz, weite Ebenen und imposante Berge direkt vor der Haustür, mit einem weiten Netz an Wanderwegen, Loipen und Skipisten. Der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert und eingerichtet. Naturbelassene heimische Hölzer, Leinenvorhänge, mineralische Farben und Abriebe sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima.

Unser frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit zwei Wohnungen liegt auf 1300 m im malerischen Walserdorf Schmitten mitten in Graubünden: Zu den weltberühmten Skiorten Davos, Lenzerheide und Savognin gelangt man in je 20 Minuten, St-Moritz ist ganzjährig auch mit der Albula-Bahn in 1 Stunde erreichbar. Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Alloggio al piano terreno con giardino privato, doppio ingresso, si accede direttamente dal garage senza fare scale, oppure dalla strada arrivando in giardino con un piano di scale. Appartamento molto luminoso, grande vetrata con vista sulle montagne, salotto spazioso con tavolo da pranzo e cucina separata. Chesa Michel/ Nair – Studio für Zwei im Dorfkern

Die Chesa Michel von 1786 ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Engadinerhaus im Dorfkern von Bever. Das gepflegte Studio Nair (24 m²) bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Personen. Arvenmöbel, zwei Betten, eine praktische Schrankküche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sorgen für Komfort auf kleinem Raum. Bodenheizung, schnelles WLAN, Parkplätze verfügbar und gute ÖV-Anbindung. Chesa Prünella

Kein WLAN in der ruhigen Dachwohnung, dafür eine grosse Fensterfront mit einmaliger Aussicht auf die Berge des Oberengadins. Das Haus (Chesa) Prünella steht am sonnigen Albulahang, ungefähr 15 km von St. Moritz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und gepflegt! Kostenloses, schnelles Internet im und um das Gemeindehaus in Chamues-ch.

Chesa Orlandi “Duschén” Nr. 4

Behaglich, gemütlich, wohlig... das “Duschén” Zimmer. Man könnte auch sagen: “klein aber fein”. Es verfügt auch über einen historischen Ofen (nicht zu nutzen). Zugehöriges Bad und Küche dazu befinden sich auf dem Flur ebenfalls im 3. Stock. Das “Duschén” Zimmer kann mit 1-2 Personen bewohnt werden.
