An apartment designed for the enjoyment of its residents, with all the necessary amenities for a vacation experience in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Located in the town of Ortigueira, this apartment overlooks its estuary, close to beaches and exotic coves, within walking distance of a seaside promenade (restaurants, shops, bars), its town center, and its marina. A very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Ortigueira Estuary, its wide estuary, and the natural beauty of its changing seas. Carefully decorated with a sensitive personal style born of distant and exotic experiences, it offers its residents all the necessary comforts for a vacation experience after days of discovery, leisure, and a peaceful life, in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Pets are not allowed. This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). El pajar (the barn) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. The whole apartment has views to the valley. You can also use two shared terraces with views to the valley and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

This spectacular and bright penthouse with views has been completely renovated and carefully designed exclusively for holiday use, taking care of the comforts of our most demanding guests. A fantastic view of the port and the entrance of the sea into the estuary offers a spectacle that changes every hour with the ebb and flow of the sea or the coming and going of its small fishing boats in the harbor. From its western border with Lugo, the eastern end of the province of La Coruña, with that strip of land that borders the northernmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, can be seen. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos. This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit.
