Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

The Library Loft- retreat: City/sea views & pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.

A short walk from the Botanic Gardens and a few minutes further to North Terrace this cute cottage is ideally placed for those who want to be near enough to the city to walk (or ride back home) and still make use of their car if need be. You'll be surrounded by wildlife on a working permaculture-focussed farm, on the banks of the Sturt River away from the noise of the city and in one of the states premier wine producing regions. Not to mention, a great little isolated spot to keep your distance from the world outside for a few days.
