Adriatic Sea : locations de vacances en appartement

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la chambre appartement de stevan situé au dernier étage de la maison Malheureusement, les fenêtres sont un peu petites Mais sinon, tout était super ! L’emplacement est idéal pour passer du bon temps à Perast Et Stévan a été très gentil et arrangeant!

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

The place is clean and Irena is a lovely host!! She gives very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and even provides recommendations on the surroundings if wanted! The apartment is situated next to a busy road (does get quiet at night). It didn’t really bother us much but keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise. Overall I really recommend!

Waren 2 Wochen zu dritt bei ksena und es hat uns Super gefallen schöne Wohnung in einer Super schönen Stadt.

Celeste a été une hôtesse charmante et à notre écoute. Le logement est très bien situé, le lit est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée et a convenu à nos besoins. il y avait un économe et une passoire à trous fins, en plus de couteaux de cuisine efficaces. Il y avait infusions et café moulu pour les cafetières italiennes. La salle de bains aussi est confortable et il y avait tous les produits comme savon, shampooing, crème hydratante dans un joli contenant. Pour les sensibles: les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas opaques mais ça nous allait. Lors de notre séjour, nous entendions un peu les voisins. L'ambiance du lieu nous a très bien convenue.

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.

Appartamento come da descrizione, molto comodo e in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalle aree di principale interesse. Marco si è dimostrato collaborativo dal primo momento e ci ha messo completamente a nostro agio

Alles war super! Als wir da waren hat es sehr stark geregnet, aber dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir sind sogar noch eine Nacht länger geblieben. Die Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe und das Meer direkt gegenüber. Davorka war sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Nachrichten schnell geantwortet.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben sehr spontan gebucht – trotzdem hat alles perfekt geklappt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet: schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz der kurzfristigen Reservierung wurde alles super organisiert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Sara’s Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 7min im Stadtzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit Sara war einfach und sie hat schnell geantwortet. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Kapselmaschine.

This was our 5 visit in Sarajevo, we love this city. The flat of Emir is fantastic, super clean, cozy and full optional. It's in the nearby of the pedestrian area but very quiet and warm in the cold season. lovely furniture and a full working kitchen. We really felt home. Emir send us a lot of information and one person was there at the arrival. Everything perfect!

Nous recherchions un logement calme, avec un extérieur pour profiter d'un repos agréable après une journée de visite. Nous l'avons trouvé! Le logement était très propre et sentait bon (certes quelques traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain mais tout était très propre et sentait bon). Notre lit était très confortable (un peu moins pour le canapé-lit mais c'est souvent le cas. Ça n'a pas empêchée ma fille de bien dormir). Explications pour l'arrivée très claires et bien documentée. Andrea est très sympa et a donné plein de bonnes adresses. Le quartier était très agréable pour nous, proche de la fontaine des grenouilles et du palais des ambassadeurs. Le centre-ville est accessible en bus ou métro... ou à pied comme nous l'avons fait. Nous aimons marcher dans la ville et ressentir l'âme des quartiers. Alors oui, ça peut ne pas convenir à certaines personnes. Mais pour nous, c'était génial. L'apéro le soir sur la terrasse arborée : top!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

Very convenient location, close to shops , restaurants and all the prime locations to visit . The entire place was very clean with all the basic essential provided.

We had a great time at this place. The gardens and the pool were perfect to relax after busy days around the region. The flat is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a juice machine. The only missing item was a microwave but not a big deal for us. Just a short walk to the marina where our boat tours left was a great advantage.
