A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Inside there is a 7 sq. wooden mezzanine (loft) that separates the main sleeping area from the rest.Maximum accommodation 3 persons. Highlight of the area is Loutra beach, a very beautiful child-friendly organized sandy beach with beach bar, just 50m from the studio. Walking distance from the apartment is Souvala Port were there are restaurants, mini market, a super market, bakery, pharmacy, cafe bars.

Il est décoré avec des œuvres du peintre et des objets des galeries Zoumboulakis d’Athènes. Il dispose d'une entrée privée et peut accueillir 2 personnes. Il se compose d’une chambre avec un lit double , d’une salle de bain avec wc, d’une kitchenette ouvrant sur une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur les champs de pistaches.

This luminous studio (30 sq.mt ) totally renovated, located in a safe area near the island nightlife. In the back of the studio you can relax in the private patio to enjoy your breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, oven as well as washing machine and with many other electrical appliances. The place is air conditioned.

Ανακαίνισα αυτόν τον χώρο με πολλή αγάπη.Είναι μεγάλη μου χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσω και ελπίζω να περάσετε υπέροχα! Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος μέσα στα πεύκα με θέα στην θάλασσα,ιδανικός για δύο άτομα ή και για οικογένειες με ένα παιδί Γνωρίστε επίσης και τα άλλα δύο διαμερίσματά μας, βίλα Χρυσάνθη και βίλα Χρυσάνθη number 5 που βρίσκονται στον ίδιο χώρο

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο ενώ παράλληλα υπάρχει ηρεμία και ησυχία στην περιοχή. Μπορεί κάποιος να πάει εύκολα με τα πόδια στον πολυσύχναστο παραλιακό δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά αλλά κ στο λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, το οίκημα βρίσκεται κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια προσφέρουν άνεση, η κουζίνα είναι λειτουργική και το σαλόνι φτιαγμένο για χαλάρωση βλέποντας το όμορφο ηλιοβασίλεμα.
