The Sunny Bee Studio

(Private Studio- Separate Entrance) Get a restful nights sleep in the King sized bed with cotton sheets, cozy blankets and plush pillows. Step into a custom tile shower or soak in the deep tub, either way, it’s relaxing and a bright & cheery place. Keep it simple with sitting chairs and a beautiful private outdoor patio, w/ a dining table and sofas for you to relax and read your favorite novel or take a dip in the pool. The Suite is peaceful and centrally-located in downtown Historic Yreka.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

Situated right on the state line this studio apartment with EV charger access is nestled in its own nook of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the North, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just 5 minutes off I-5 and 20 from downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! The Cedar Cottage - creekside studio

This vintage guest house is nestled along Neil Creek in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Ashland is 30 minutes away and we are mere minutes from hiking and biking locations. We are conveniently located directly across the street from the public golf course, Oak Knoll, with easy access to I-5. Cedar Cottage is your perfect home away from home!

The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Imagine yourself waking up and observing horses peacefully grazing from your window. A family of wild turkeys cruising by, jack rabbits playing or deer coming for water. Red tail hawks soaring high overhead. Hike 75 yds up the hill and see ancient rock formations and majestic vistas of Mt Shasta, CA's 2nd highest mountain peak. Fully renovated in 2021 with heated wood floors and upscale furnishings, this space is perfect for your family get together or a quick stop along your road trip. Less than five minutes from I-5, this is a peaceful retreat with easy access to the Klamath River and incredible National Forest lands but also close to local services (we even have DoorDash in Yreka!)

Victorian Mansion newly renovated. Sleeps 16

Your family will love this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Victorian mansion, listed as the largest private home in Siskiyou County. Short walk to the historic, gold-rush downtown of Yreka. Exquisite new kitchen with gas Thermador cooktop and double oven. Morning coffee can be had in the kitchenette right down the hall from the 4 bedrooms on the second level. Four bathrooms service the second floor (two en suites). There is an additional bedroom on the first floor along with a separate full bath.

Countryman-Fox Carriage House

Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. NEW: a high speed (240 volt) charger for EVs. You need an adapter.

Secluded mountain retreat, 10m. to Ashland, by PCT

Beautiful hand built log house nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. 15 minutes to Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and a three minute walk to Pacific Crest Trail.
