Les enclos bâtis en pierre qui entourent l’ ensemble, assurent le calme et la vie privée de l' espace. 2.2 Les résidences Les résidences construites conformément aux normes de l'architecture traditionnelle de l'île, en ce qui concerne : • l' organisation fonctionnelle des espaces (espaces d'accueil au rez-de chaussée, chambres à coucher au premier étage), • la morphologie des bâtiments (constructions à deux étages frugales, de plan rectangulaire ou en forme L, avec toit), • ainsi que les matières de fabrication (des murs en pierre, des toits de tuiles, des chambranles en bois, des plafonds en bois etc.). offrent des conforts de vie moderne, à un ensemble d' esthétique distincte. Chaque bâtiment est constitué de deux duplex indépendants entre eux, qui sont développés sur trois niveaux. Tous les espaces sont meublés et équipés de tous les appareils électroménagers indispensables et de petits appareils.
