Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.

Also just steps away there are many restaurants, cafeterias and super markets.
