There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. Little Yellow Door is a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen on the lower level of our home in the Oakland hills. It's very cozy, has a completely private entrance, and is pet friendly! Lots of plants, antiques and art. You can enjoy morning coffee from the deck while looking out at the Bay! This is an older house- you will hear us and our pets walking around upstairs. Kids are always welcome but the space may not be ideal. **Two flights of stairs to get to the apt** Easy street parking!
