Sunny, spacious (~1000 sqft) 1BR apt near University of California at Berkeley campus. Hardwood floors, laundry and parking facilities. Lovely backyard. Walking distance to shops, cafes, banks, restaurants. Public transport. Bedroom has King bed. Living room has a queen futon couch and a regular couch and now also a baby grand piano. There is an over sized washer in the bathroom (no dryer) - sorry for both!

Our home is 2 blocks from downtown Park Street, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach for playtime and sunsets. This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!
