Frank and team were very responsive and accommodating of some slight changes to the itinerary. The space was well appointed, and the decor was quite cozy and congenial. It's a nice roomy space. It's fairly walkable to Temescal (a place with a lot of happening restaurants) and the Rockridge BART station. All in all, one of the better AirBNB experiences I've had.

Had a short assignment at a job site 1/2 mile from apartment which made my life easy. Abdul works in Fremont so we both were coming and going with different schedules. He cooks and I cook a little and we never had any issues with sharing kitchen which was well stocked with utensils. I have a hearing problem but never had any communication issues. He has many friends at the complex and everyone looks out for each other. There were no noise issues or unsafe feelings. Alameda is a great town with many restaurants and lots to do if you are vacationing. I have enjoyed staying at many Airbnb locations in US and Japan and meeting a wide range of interesting people.

Great stay. Always go back whenever I'm in the Bay area.

We can't speak higher of Ann or the three bedroom apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and shops in both directions on Telegraph. A short ride from Berkeley, Downtown Oakland, and San Francisco. The apartment is safe and convenient. Private access to the on-site laundry room is a plus! Thank you Ann for your generous hospitality!

sonia’s place was beautiful, clean, quiet and homely - perfect for my work trip. i really liked having access to a well equipped gym and a minimal well-organized space. thank you 🙏🏽

Catalina and Javier were very friendly and kind to let me stay with them.

absolutely adored this stay! if anything this room was also way bigger than i thought which amazed me. overall everything was very clean & peaceful. John was very kind which i appreciated very much. definitely worth what you’re paying! highly recommend

Allison's place is A+ what a gem I found to stay at while visiting the east bay. The rolling green hills in February and March are an artists dream. The spectacular view of the bay and far distant City of San Francisco invites you to take the Bart or drive over The Bay Bridge to have a date like the songs says with "The City by The Bay". Her accommodations are perfect for one who needs some space with a room to sleep and the other to lounge and watch a movie with some popcorn. with a full bathroom in between. but you will enjoy using her beautiful sheek kitchen and be careful to stay focus of your cooking and not get distracted with the view of the bay. All in all Allison's place is 5 stars in my book.

Great location - lovely park less than one block away. Walkable restaurants, friendly neighborhood. And i love the house - it’s warm, beautiful, full of character and charm. Gloria was friendly, easy to talk to…i felt like i was with an old friend. Will be coming back!

Joanie’s place was awesome! The yard was gorgeous and the pups thoroughly loved it! Everything was as described. She was great at communicating snd giving recommendations, and very accommodating! Well def be going back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Richard’s place. We love that there are 3 separate bathrooms and also felt safe in the neighborhood. It is close to a gas station, grocery store, and a freeway.
