Prahran Market, Artists Lane, Como House & Garden, and Royal Botanic Gardens are nearby attractions. Furthermore, South Yarra Station and numerous trams are less than a 5 min walk.

Art Deco Off St Kilda Rd Melbourne

-- Please be aware there is construction work taking place nearby during working hours. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.
