Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Everything was fine loved the place and even accommodated me to check my family in early while I was on break at work.

This place is truly special — but not for everyone. The vibe is cyberpunk sci-fi meets Cheech & Chong (or Harold & Kumar for you youngsters) meets miniaturized Vegas high roller suite. If that appeals to you, you’ll love it (we did!) If you are more conservative in your tastes, not so much. Getting in was tricky — the coded lock is hard to make work — but the hosts responded immediately to voice mails and helped troubleshoot. This place exhibits many, many small touches that show a lot of thought and care went into its design. The home theater is awesome, as is the arcade system.

Exactly as described and very comfortable. Everything was clean and instructions were very clear. Beautiful backyard setting, as well.

Kasey’s place was so warm and inviting. My kids were obsessed with the legos and loved the star wars theme.

Excellent accommodations. Highly advise to read all entailed in the descriptions. It was definitely as explained regarding location and age of home. Very cute home and accommodated the number of guests as described. It is a shared property with other guests but very quiet.

This house was perfect for our small family. It's in a safe neighborhood, has a great layout, and beautiful natural light.

Honestly this was my first Airbnb experience but David was extremely helpful walking me through the process - so I was somewhat apprehensive but very grateful for his patience. It was a western and eastern family gathering for a special event in Albuquerque and everyone loved our stay. Us from New York thoroughly enjoyed the late April warmth of the southwest and spent much time poolside. We did have some tv issues (NBA playoffs!) but property manager Mickey was very responsive and even made a house call! There was plenty of space and comfort for everyone and so much more family-friendly than if we were at a hotel. I believe family time is vitally important and our stay here will be a wonderful memory for at least two generations! Thank you, David and team.
