Spent your holiday on the beach in this gem of a house. You will be sleeping with the sound of the waves, admire the scenery of the sea and the nearby island of Telendos from the large balcony overlooking the beach of Melitsahas. Fill up your phone with photos of the sun going down, you will be first row for this beautiful show every evening. The beach is only a few steps down from the house. There is a veranda with sun beds. For shade there is a big palmtree on the other side of the house

Villa Kantouni by the sea

It's a great place for a family or group of friends. There is a large garden and patio overlooking the sea. On the upper patio there is a big 8 person table which is great for sunset dinners. A brand new barbecue is also at your disposal. The garden is in the sun all afternoon and evening and the sun sets directly opposite the house. There is a private gate with a small staircase which brings you directly to the sea in 7 steps! We also have a few sunbeds and chairs for the garden or beach.
