Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Boho Studio-NO Smoking/Pets allowed/Hot Tub access

NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, ECT anywhere on/in the property. The studio apartment is ground level w/no stairs. Located in the detached duplex building from our main house. Sleeps up to 4 w/ 1 King sized bed & a single or double air mattress. Our personal Hot tub is available with a reservation. A short drive to I-75, Downtown Acworth, Bass Pro Shops, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona (not walkable), Butterfly pavilion & 9 miles from LakePoint Sports Complex.

This beautiful newly constructed walk-out basement apartment is nestled back off of the main road and surrounded by mature trees that create a peaceful, private setting. The keyless entry, no stairs and open layout along with gorgeous quartz countertops throughout and stainless-steel appliances make this your home away from home.

This is the perfect getaway spot for folks who just want to chill and relax for a few days, a week or a month. We are also 15 minutes away from Lakepoint Sports Complex. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Lakeside Peace and Woods. Private Carriage House

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods and wildlife.

Acworth Cottage

Convenient, Cozy, and Fun Lake Cottage. Convenient: <1.5 miles from I75, downtown Acworth, 2 lakes w boat and kayak launches, Ingles, and Walmart. Cozy: 3 BRs, 3 sofas, 2 bathrooms w showers, den w 65” TV, eat-in kitchen, dining room, 3 porches, laundry room, propane grill, phone chargers, parking, and loads of character. Fun: Badminton, horseshoes, cornhole, firepit, puzzles, games, and 4 blocks from Dallas Landing (seasonal) with beach, picnic tables, and volleyball.

A lovely 2 bedroom town home in a quiet side street in Kennesaw. Double Futon on main level will sleep one more comfortably. 1 mile walk to Kennesaw State University, and a short drive to downtown Kennesaw. Parks, hiking, shopping and great restaurants just minutes away! Two parking spots in front of townhouse and more in the open area. Easy access to I-75/I-575. Braves stadium is only 26 miles away. Atlanta Airport is 35 miles away. Ruby Falls 94 miles north.
