This is a completely furnished living space that is part of my shop. It is quite country living just 12 miles from Emporia. Amenities included: 1 bedroom with king bed, and dresser space. Two loveseat sofas in living room that fold out into single beds. Roku smart TV. WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Covered Porch with gas grill, pellet smoker and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, disc golf baskets, corn hole boards, and basketball goal. Stocked pond with dock.

The front porch overlooks a farm field and timber. Walk our trails and skip rocks in Hill Creek. Enjoy the fire pit. Or jump on the Flint Hills Nature Trail - one of the longest rail trails in the US and a favorite for hiking and biking.

On the water and nestled in the trees, its a great location for a private get away. The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. The location is a 6-minute walk to Champions Landing home of the premier Champs Disc Golf course, and just a 10-minute walk to the heart of our community Emporia State University. Step back in time in an 120 year old farm house. Enjoy the view of Flint Hills from the many windows, while the indoors provide you with modern conveniences. Take a walk to the creek, or just roam the Kansas prairies. In the evenings, spend time around the outdoor fire pit, listening to nature and making s'mores. The "Church" Guesthouse

Come to church this weekend . . . The Church Guesthouse in Cottonwood Falls that is! The Church is an artfully revitalized Presbyterian Church built in 1885 which now has four bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and will sleep up to 10 adults. Two of the bedrooms ( with queen beds) are downstairs along with a bath and a half downstairs. 2 bedrooms are upstairs (two twins and one with a full size bed) the loft has two twins with a full bath upstairs. Parties and events are not allowed.
