The front porch overlooks a farm field and timber. Walk our trails and skip rocks in Hill Creek. Enjoy the fire pit. Or jump on the Flint Hills Nature Trail - one of the longest rail trails in the US and a favorite for hiking and biking. The FIFA World Cup at Arrowhead is only 110 easy miles away.

-- Located on Commercial St. -- Cross street from ESU campus (Library) -- Private room entrance and locks. -- Short walk ( 1 minutes ) to breakfast shop or full service restaurant. ***** This is a beautiful and comfortable unit as long as you don’t mind about the stairs. This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.
