Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

Sowohl in den Englischen Garten als auch zu U-Bahn und zum Odeonsplatz sind es ca. 5 Min Fußweg. Wer es mitten im Geschehen mag - ist hier, im schönen Univiertel, genau richtig!
