Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

It’s a modern, light, airy 50m² floor/apartment with a wonderful 70m² private garden with dinner table, umbrella, smart tv, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. I will be happy to provide advice and answer any questions. I speak fluent English and French.
