Along with the proximity to the facilities and amenities of Batsi, it is set on the beachfront, thus making the most of the breathtaking views to the scenic bay of Batsi and definitely the most spellbinding sunsets you have ever seen!

Villa Thimari is located on the north-west side of Andros, the northernmost of the Cycladic islands, not far from Athens on the mainland. This recently-restored old stone farmhouse stands on the hillside where the village of Agios Petros nestles, only 6 km from the nearest beaches of Agios Petros. There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

Senior Monolithos Villa

The ground floor hosts a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The veranda features an outdoor furnished area, under the pergola, with sea view. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a balcony with an eye-catching sea view. In the semi-basement there are two more bedrooms, a second kitchen, a hall and a bathroom. The access to the semi-basement is possible both with an external and an internal staircase.

The estate extends in an 0.7 acre orchard area, overlooking the city of Chora.
