In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Villa Thimari is located on the north-west side of Andros, the northernmost of the Cycladic islands, not far from Athens on the mainland. This recently-restored old stone farmhouse stands on the hillside where the village of Agios Petros nestles, only 6 km from the nearest beaches of Agios Petros. There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.
