Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

ΙΒΙΣΚΟΣ

Είναι ένα ισογειο διαμέρισμα περίπου 50 τ.μ. διόροφης νεοκατασκευασμένης μονοκατοικίας με ανεξάρτητη δική του είσοδο .Έχει απλή φυσική σύγχρονη επίπλωση ξύλου με όμορφα χρώματα , όπως επίσης και ο φωτισμός είναι απαλός. Ευρίσκεται στην πυκνόφυτη από ελιές πλαγιά , περίπου 600 μ. από την πανέμορφη ανατολική παραλία της Καλαμάτας( ξενοδοχείο Φιλοξένια) . Ακριβώς πίσω είναι το βουνό Καλάθι. Είναι ένα ήσυχο μέρος με πολλές ελιές ,με λιγοστά σπίτια, μεγάλο κήπο με γκαζόν και λουλούδια .

The house is located in K.Verga which is about 4km from the nearest beach and 9km. from the center of Kalamata. The facilities are the ones of a modern house. The balcony provides an amazing view of Messinian bay. It's also surrounded by a big garden, which has historical interest as there used to be a threshing floor aged 300 years. The sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is a unique experience that one has to experience as highly recommended!
