Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Solltet ihr allerdings Probleme mit der Anwesenheit von Hunden und Katzen haben, so würden wir euch eher von einer Buchung auf unserer Quinta abraten, da sich alle unsere Tiere frei auf unserem gesamten Gelände aufhalten.

Located near the historical town Silves, in a area with beautiful nature surrounding it. It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Casa Verde consists of 2 Bedrooms and a Mezzanine (2 of them with Private Bathroom), Equipped Kitchen with Dining Area, Living Room, Spacious Terrace with Outdoor Dining Area, Swimming Pool and an Amazing Sea View.

Welcome to our townhouse in sunny Silves! Relax on your terrace or in the peace of a quiet garden with old stone walls and fruit trees. Explore a charming historic town on your doorstep or have a walk in the nearby hills. The coastline with beautiful beaches, cliffs and villages is only a short 15 kilometer drive to the South. (If this house is unavailable you may want to look at my other house which shares the same garden "sun-in-the-city")
