It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Le premier étage est occupé par moi, mon mari et nos trois enfants de dix, sept et six ans. L'appartement est dans un endroit calme et ensoleillé, avec une entrée privée par le jardin. Il est très accueillant et un salon avec cheminée, deux canapés et un canapé-lit double, cuisine avec cuisinière à 4 feux, four, une chambre double, une chambre avec deux lits simples et un accès direct au jardin, une salle de bains avec douche et l'autre avec une baignoire. Le jardin est équipé avec table, chaises, transats, barbecue, aire de jeux pour enfants et une grande piscine. Le jardin et la piscine sont partagés avec ma famille. Il ya également une connexion Wi-Fi, TV par satellite, lave-linge, lit bébé et poussette pour les petits enfants. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont inclus. Les places de parking se trouvent dans le parc de stationnement public adjacent. Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.
