Arcadia : locations de vacances en bord de mer

I loved staying here! The space is calm, cosy and full of natural light. The views are spectacular with the sunset in the distance, with the beaches close by. The host is friendly and kind and very communicative.

Séjour agréable dans la région à 30 minutes de Olympie. La maison est sécurisé pour les jeunes enfants. On a pu profiter des jeux dans le jardin et à la plage qui est à seulement 1 minutes à pied.

Great location downtown Koroni, 1min walk to the port/restaurants or the Artaki beach. Also quite unique to have a 2/3 cars private parking as this is an issue in Koroni. The house is typical from last century with very high ceilings. Vintage furniture but beddings are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials for short stays. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The others have fans and if windows / shutters are well managed, it’s OK during August. 2 modernized bathrooms with showers. Athina is a great host, very friendly and very responsive with house topics or local tourism tips.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio davvero bello, posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato. Alloggio pulito e ordinato, con tutti i confort, sembrava di essere a casa! Harry una persona molto disponibile attenta ad ogni richiesta del cliente! Un accesso da una scalinata porta ad una spiaggetta privata, permette quindi di farsi un bagno agevolmente e senza dover prendere la macchina. Negozio alimentare vicino e volendo spiaggia libera con lettini dati insieme ad un ombrellone. Siamo rimasti una settimana, posizione ottima x visitare i siti archeologici vicini, Micene Olimpia. Insomma 10 e lode per tutti! Grazie Harry per la splendida vacanza! Consigliatissimo!

Magnifique emplacement et magnifique endroit! Calme et reposant. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Nous avions du cafe et de la nourriture pour ne pas avoir à courir au magasin dès notre arrivée. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants et une. Planche très agréable à mettre à l’eau pour découvrir la mer. Cet endroit est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons! Merci aux hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil 🙏

Anna’s home was beautiful as was the location. Very close to some amazing restaurants on both sides of the peninsula. Easy walk to the ferry. We were made to feel like part of the family. Anna left us lovely fresh fruit, jams and water. Communication by Anna was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for us and we would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you Anna.

Ίσως η καλύτερη διαμονή ως τώρα! Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα πολύ μεγάλο άνετο με ένα μεγάλο κρεβάτι και ένα μεγάλο καναπέ (με μυρωδάτα σεντόνια!)κουζίνα μπαλκόνι και ταράτσα μόνο για εμάς! Το καλύτερο βέβαια ήταν η πισίνα η οποία ήταν καλύτερη και από μαγαζί!! Η κυρία Μαρία φανταστική, εξυπηρετική και ευδιάθετη και ο κύριος Σπύρος μας εξυπηρέτησε όταν είχαμε αμεση ανάγκη!Φυσικά το πανέμορφο σκυλάκι της οικογένειας,ηΝικίτα το Ακίτα ήταν το αποκορύφωμα!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Στέλλα, Κατερίνα, Εμορφύλη!

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

Wonderful! A pool with views over the sea, which you could walk to in a couple of minutes.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans ce logement tout simple. La proximité de la plage et la piscine nous ont permis de nous rafraichir a tout moment. Prevoir un petit temps de trajet pour rejoindre les différents sites a visiter: Nauplie, Mycenes, Corinthe... Le logement en etant un peu excentré.

We stayed in one villa with 4 families with children and hat a lot of fun. The new and very beautiful villa provides a lot of possibilities (tennis-court,pool). And there are several archeological sites to visit nearby. Our host Dora was always there for us when we needed her.

Amazing property with great views and even better hosts. Very easy to work with and accommodating. It was a pleasure working with them. Would definitely stay here again, thanks guys for being so helpful!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Blick aufs Meer und Agios Nikolaos. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Hosts Alexandra und Vangelis, die uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben haben. Perfekt auch mit Teenagern, da jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Die Kids liebten den Pool. Im Meer kann gebadet und geschnorchelt werden, aber der Einstieg ist aufgrund der Felsen/Steine etwas schwierig. Wir können die Alassa Villas absolut empfehlen.

A great stay with two families, including four children. The apartment was really well equipped and perfect for a short stay. Marie and Agis were always responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. It was well situated for a drive to beach towns as well as in to the mountains (though you will need a car to get around). As other reviewers have pointed out, it's worth noting that there are a few other apartments on the same site - though each does have its own private space. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Mes enfants et moi même avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Mario et sa femme. Nous les remercions pour toutes leurs attentions, leur accueil très chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur grande gentillesse. Nous avons été très touchés. Mario et sa famille font tout pour rendre le lieu agréable et familiale. Nous recommandons également ce lieu qui nous a permis de faire de belles visites. Je recommande entièrement. Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

The hostess was so delightfully kind and cooked us an absolutely delicious dinner on our first night. The space was small but had all the necessary items. Everything was clean and it was nice and quiet outside the main Leonidio center. It was both a pro and a con to be a few kilometers away from the city center. We were just a few hundred meters away from the base of some climbing areas and from the sea. The bathroom is small and the shower and toilet occupy the same space. This means that the toilet does get wet when bathing. In summary, this was a delightful space considering the cost. It was great for our homebase while exploring the climbing in the area.

L'endroit est enchanteur. Une énorme terrasse qui donne sur la baie de Portoheli, ombragée par des arbres majestueux. La maison fait partie d'un ensemble de maisons appartenant à la famille d'Ornella et de son mari. Pour les Pâques orthodoxes, toute la famille est arrivée, et on entendait tous les matins et tous les soirs les chants liturgiques qui résonnaient de l'église de l'autre côté de la baie. Nous avons passé d'innombrables heures sur la terrasse à lire et à contempler la beauté autour de nous. La région est riche en sites. A 1 heure de route, on peut visiter Mycènes, Epidaure, Tyrinthe, Nauplie. Les îles Spetses, Poros et Hydra. Ornella nous a conseillé des restaurants à Portoheli, où nous avons très bien mangé à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Bref: je conseille le séjour et j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Я і мої подруги неймовірно вражені віллою та її власницею. В цього будинку є своя душа ❤️ Ми мали прекрасний відпочинок. Розташування, комфорт, територія, море, пляж, комунікація - все було супер. Це місце, де можна повністю відключитися від справ і поринути у відпочинок. Поруч класні міста. Олімпія нам допомогла з контактами організаторів трансферу для нас. Кухня має все необхідне. Купа місця в приміщенні та зовні. Ми повернемося наступного року.

We had a great stay at George's place with our 8 month old daughter, the house was well set up for a family with a great travel cot and a quiet, cool second bedroom. The house has incredible views over the sea and is so easily walkable to town. The terrace at the front was the perfect place for breakfast whilst watching the boats to-ing and fro-ing across the sea. George was really helpful and responsive and the house had everything we needed.
