Basement apartment with private entrance, detached from main living area. Offers 650 sf with a kitchenette, fridge, washer/dryer, and private bath w/ shower, all within a gated neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Dardanelle, fishing, hiking and Monument mountain biking trails at Mt. Nebo. Only a 5-mile drive to ANO. Great for outage workers. One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.

There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
