the apartment is excellent for a short-term stay as there’re all the amenities included to feel like home. despite cold weather, it was possible to stay warm inside! also the flat is spacious enough for two people who work remotely. highly recommend to stay here!

Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!

If you’re looking for the perfect apartment in Yerevan, book with Nur without hesitation! We spent our New Year holidays here, and it was amazing. The apartment is incredibly clean, with a stunning view of Mount Ararat from the balcony. Inside, you’ll find everything you need—from a powerful hairdryer to a washing machine and a super comfortable bed. Nur is an exceptional host. He allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, was always available, speaks excellent English, and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Yerevan. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, and there are three shops right downstairs (yes, three!), where they even accept Mir cards. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly—just like all Armenians. Nur doesn’t just rent out an apartment; he creates a warm and welcoming experience. Отличное жилье и очень отзывчивая и предупредительная хозяйка! Нам с мужем повезло забронировать это жилье в последние минуты перед прилётом и мы остались очень довольны! Тихо, есть все необходимое как внутри апартамента , так и во дворе( зона отдыха, барбекю, вход во двор по коду ). Рядом великое множество магазинов , где можно купить еду ( что важно, по карте , если у вас нет налички). От аэропорта 10-15 мин , в зависимости от загруженности дорог. Ева , хозяйка, очень дружелюбная и видно, что она любит и знает свое дело! Рекомендую однозначно!

Бронировали на Нг, все супер🙏Алех сам встретил нас, все показал, рассказал, детям подарки подарил, очень приятно. 🙏 Очень комфортная квартира, все необходимое есть, кровать удобная, диван раскладывается, дети спали на диване. Ремонт свежий.

Uns geht es weniger um einen Hochglanzurlaub. Wir wollen etwas von den Menschen erleben, uns in ihre Kultur einfühlen können. Das hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Anna definitiv ermöglicht, da uns die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft ständig präsent war. Alleine deswegen werde ich wieder kommen. Und die Wohnung war auch super geräumig und schön eingerichtet.
