Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

Newly renovated Luxury studio apartment with Queen Size Bed 160x200cm / 60" X 80" and Brand new Italian mattresses Friuliflex (see pictures); all new furniture; very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. We also provide cooking basics (sugar, salt, oil, pepper etc) for the beginning of your stay so you do not have to worry about these essentials when you check-in. There is cooling fan, hair dryer, iron and all the necessities to make you feel like home. HD TV.

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
