Our beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.
