La nostra casetta "Lu Stazzettu" si trova nelle colline della gallura, a ca. 5km di distanza dal centro di Santa Teresa Gallura, su 27ha di terreno agricolo, circondata di natura incontaminata , olivastri, mucche e gli animali dei vicini (galline, pecore, gatti). Se ti piace la natura, amerai la nostra casa! Rilassati nel giardino o esplora il terreno e goditi la vista mozzafiata sul mare! Oppure passa le giornate nelle spiagge più belle della Sardegna e le serate vivaci a Santa Teresa Gallura.

Stazzo Jacumina (country relaxing house)

La casa è un'antica abitazione rurale ("Stazzo") risalente a metà 800. Situata nelle campagne di Arzachena, l'abitazione è immersa nella tipica natura gallurese ricca di olivastri, querce, lentischi e rocce granitiche dalle caratteristiche forme e dimensioni, frutto del paziente lavoro dell'acqua e del vento attraverso i millenni. Lo Stazzo, ristrutturato in parte, fedelmente all’originale, è da 5 generazioni proprietà della stessa famiglia. Luogo ideale per chi ricerca pace e tranquillità.

Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
