It was a perfect place if you want peace and beautiful place, I loved my stay and the host was very helpful and respectful, I'm recommend their place very much. They even gifted us a beautiful delicious wine. It was perfect.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

A great spot for having peace and city center at one spot. Everything is basically walkable distance. Artashes was good and reliable host. Perfect for 4 people.

Очень дружелюбная, живет внизу, но полное ощущения личного пространства тоже есть. вокруг прекрасная природа, тихо, другие гости живут спокойно и отдельно - можно приветствовать, проходя мимо по пути в свою квартиру. очень чисто, до центра 20 минут ходьбы или очень дешевое такси. рядом с жильем есть маленькие магазинчики для фруктов/хлеба, так что в центр за базовой едой ехать не надо. мы забукировали другое airbnb на ночь, и оно оказалось ужасно грязным. Лусине взяла нас обратно к себе сразу, угостила клубникой и конфеткой. Это самое любимое место за все мои годы в разных airbnb. обязательно приеду еще раз, Лусине, спасибо вам огромное! До встречи!

Отличный вариант для проживания! По заселению все было чётко и без накладок. Всё соответствует описанию. Приятные в общении хозяева)

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
