In the house there are two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, a bathroom and a kitchen, which are exclusively used by the guests of each apartment. Paradise beach is only 2 km away! All the best spots in the island can be found here!

It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 520m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.
